This Privacy Policy explains how PingPay (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you use the PingPay mobile application and related services (the “Service”).

1) Non-Custodial Wallet Notice

PingPay is a non-custodial wallet.

Your private keys / seed phrase (recovery phrase) are stored only on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your private keys or seed phrase to our servers.
Wallet addresses and blockchain transaction data (e.g., transaction hash) may be recorded on public blockchain networks and may be publicly visible due to the nature of blockchain technology.

2) Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide

Account Information (required): email address, password (stored in encrypted/hashed form)
Profile Information (optional): nickname or profile details (if available in the Service)
Support Requests (optional): information you submit when contacting support (e.g., message content, email)

B. Information Collected Automatically

Device & App Information: device model, operating system version, app version, language/region settings
Log & Usage Information: IP address, access time, feature usage events, error logs, diagnostic data
Push Notification Token (if enabled): device token used to deliver notifications

C. Information We Do Not Collect

Private keys, seed phrase (recovery phrase), or other wallet secret credentials are never collected by our servers.
If the Service does not include KYC/identity verification, we do not collect government IDs (e.g., passport, national ID), biometric identifiers, or similar sensitive documents.

3) How We Use Information

We use personal information only for the purposes below:

Account creation, authentication, and account management
Providing and operating Service features
Security, fraud prevention, and abuse detection
Troubleshooting, analytics, and improving Service stability and performance
Responding to inquiries and providing customer support
Sending service-related notices and updates (including push notifications if enabled)

4) Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share personal information only with:

Service Providers / Processors that help operate the Service under confidentiality and security obligations (for example: cloud infrastructure/hosting, email delivery, customer support tools, push notification delivery, crash reporting, and security monitoring), and only for purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Legal and Compliance when required by law, regulation, court order, or lawful government request.
Security and Protection to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, security issues, or violations of our terms.
With your consent when you explicitly agree to the sharing.

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.
